Affiliate tracking built for B2B
Give every affiliate a unique referral code, track the revenue they drive, and pay commissions automatically.
Unique referral codes
Every partner gets a trackable referral code that attributes transactions back to them.
Transparent earnings
Affiliates monitor their conversions and earnings in real time from their own portal.
Automated commissions
Percentage or fixed commissions are calculated and paid out automatically by your rules.
Who runs an affiliate program
Affiliate programs fit products people can buy without a sales call. The partner never meets your customer — they point an audience at you and are paid on what that audience does.
-
Creators and newsletters
Writers and reviewers whose readers already trust their recommendation when it comes to tools like yours.
-
Communities and directories
Slack groups, forums, and listing sites where your buyer is actively asking which product to use.
-
Products with overlapping users
Complementary SaaS whose users need what you sell next, promoted with a code instead of a contract.
How affiliate tracking works
One code per partner, and everything after it happens on its own.
- 1
Issue a referral code
Every affiliate gets a unique code tied to their account. Share it as a code, behind a link, or both — what matters is that it points back to exactly one partner.
- 2
Transactions get attributed
A purchase carrying that code is credited to the affiliate automatically. Send transactions in over the REST API or webhooks and attribution happens without anyone touching a spreadsheet.
- 3
Commissions calculate themselves
Your rule decides the amount — a percentage of the transaction, a fixed sum, or a different rate per program — and runs on every attributed transaction as it arrives.
- 4
Affiliates watch it live
Partners open their portal and see conversions, pending commission, and paid balance in their own currency, which takes most of the status-chasing off your team.
Reward automation
Rules that pay partners the moment they earn
Define how partners get rewarded once and let the engine do the rest. Every transaction is matched against your rules and turned into a reward automatically — in the right currency, at the right rate.
Trigger
When a transaction is created
Rewards fire on transaction, company, or contact events — from the app or your API.
Conditions
If it matches your rules
Filter by amount, program, plan, country, dates, and more with rich operators — greater than, between, contains, within last X days.
Reward
Pay a percentage or fixed amount
Percentage of the deal or a flat amount, in USD, EUR, GBP, and more — recurring or one-time.

Affiliate vs referral and reseller
An affiliate is paid on transactions, not on introductions. There's no lead to approve and no deal to register — the code does the attribution and the reward rule does the rest, which is what lets the model scale to hundreds of partners without adding work. Choose referral instead when a human introduction is what actually moves the deal, and reseller when the partner sells and invoices on your behalf.
Affiliate program questions
Do affiliates get links or codes?
A unique referral code per partner, which you can put behind a link on your site or hand out as-is at checkout. Either way the attribution is identical: one code, one partner, every matching transaction credited back to them.
How are commissions calculated?
By rules you configure — a percentage of transaction value, a fixed amount per conversion, or different rates for different programs. Rules run automatically as transactions arrive, so a partner's balance is current rather than reconciled at month end.
Can I pay affiliates in their own currency?
Yes. Balances are kept per currency and payouts go out in the same one, so an affiliate in the EU is paid in euros without you running conversions or defending an exchange rate.
How do transactions reach PartnersFlow?
Through the REST API, webhooks, or the native HubSpot integration, with Salesforce and Stripe connectors on the way. If you're moving from another platform, existing partners and customers come across with the built-in import.
